Welcome to Deadly Artists.
Deadly is defined by the Australian Macquarie Dictionary as extremely
accurate, effective, also as fantastic, terrific. Also defined as: really good,
impressive.
Today, the term ‘Deadly’, has become a popular word used by the mainland
indigenous people of Australia to mean excellent, awesome, cool.
Deadly Artists has evolved from our relationship and interaction with many
local indigenous artist, especially here in Central Australia. Having become
friends with some of the artist, we started by providing them with access to the
world wide web via the
Aboriginal
Tourism - Travel Australia with AusEmade website. This enable them to not
only showcase their talents, but for others to see some of their works. In
addition we have started up a new website
Deadly Art Online, providing an
outlet for us and other parties to sell Aboriginal art online. This website, Deadly Artists
will be an ongoing project to provide a source from which individuals, galleries
and artists can source or submit information about Australia’s Indigenous
Aboriginal artists. As a reference source, we aim to make this a useful free
resource for all. To achieve a useful resource about Australian Indigenous
Aboriginal artists, we seek contributions from individuals, collectors and
